i have schizophrenia and audhd too. i get super depressed super randomly, usually for no reason. if i make comments that upset you, especially something such as me saying i want to k*** myself, unless other signs have pointed to this being a genuine thing, the best thing to do is ignore it.

if i say something other than me making degrading comments about myself that make you upset, pls lmk and i will try not to anymore. ^^

i have really bad impulse controll, especially when im upset, thats why i cant really stop saying degrading stuff about myself when im upset
